  中新网兰州5月17日电 (记者 丁思)记者17日从中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所(以下简称“兰州化物所”)了解到,71件舱外暴露实验装置及科学实验样品已移交至该所展开研究。该批材料舱外暴露实验装置和样品已在轨实验满一年,主要包括18台套动态摩擦学装置和134件静态润滑材料样品,近日由神舟十七号飞船带回地球。

  兰州化物所长期从事特殊环境与苛刻工况下材料和技术的研究工作,聚焦国家航天航空等高端装备领域对润滑的需求和国际学科前沿,构建全链条润滑材料创新研究体系,解决了相关技术难题,为中国航天事业高质量发展作出重要贡献。

  兰州化物所润滑材料重点实验室研究员蔡美荣接受媒体采访介绍说,为提高航天器中运动机构的服役可靠性和寿命,该所研制了固体润滑薄膜材料和新型超分子凝胶润滑材料,利用空间站舱外暴露平台开展了润滑材料的动态摩擦学和静态暴露实验。

  蔡美荣说,此举以期获取相关材料在真实空间环境下综合性能及验证数据,揭示空间环境对材料的结构、性能的影响规律和摩擦磨损机制,同时为新型长寿命空间润滑材料的设计和研制提供技术指导,持续满足航天技术发展对高性能润滑材料的需求。

  2008年10月,随着神舟七号宇航员乘组返回地面,由该所选送的飞船应用系统固体润滑材料试验样品在首次暴露于太空环境后被成功收回。十余年后,该所润滑材料重点实验室再度将润滑材料试验样品送上中国空间站。

  蔡美荣说,与2008年相比,此次不仅搭载了润滑材料静态实验,还开展了动态摩擦学实验,包括球盘摩擦学实验和首次轴承实验。舱外暴露实验样品包含固体润滑材料和新型超分子凝胶润滑材料。本次空间站舱外暴露实验是世界上首次液体润滑材料的空间飞行实验。

  接下来,该所科研人员将以这批材料为研究对象,通过高分辨质谱、红外光谱、热稳定性能分析仪等对其结构和理化性能进行分析,揭示其结构、组成和性能在真实空间的演变规律;将利用超高分辨透射电镜,多功能X射线光电子能谱仪等手段对其摩擦的表界面进行深刻剖析,获润滑材料在空间条件下摩擦界面的润滑和损伤机制。与地面模拟实验相关联,形成空间环境因素地面模拟的有效试验方法,为未来空间长寿命润滑储备新型润滑材料与技术。(完)
